Touch Tone Banker
Before calling your TOUCH-TONE BANKER, be sure to have your account
number(s) ready. The number appears at the top middle of your bank
statement and at the bottom of your check. Also have your personal
identification number (PIN) available.
Call 384-5017 Syracuse or 492-1759 Johnson from any touch-tone phone with touch-tone service.
Wait for the introduction, then follow the instructions given. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. You may access the following selections from the
Opening Menu given by pressing the corresponding number(s) on your phone.
OPENING MENU
- to access account information.
- for rate and product information.
- for instructions on how to use the system.
- if you are a merchant calling for check verification.
NOTE
If you are not using a touchtone phone, please hold. If you wish to end this call, please hang up at any time.
to the Main Menu, you will be asked to make another
selection from this menu. If you select (1), you will be
asked to enter your account number followed by the
(*) symbol. Then you will enter your 4 digit PIN code.
After obtaining your available balance, you will be
returned to the Checking Account Menu.
MAIN MENU
Access the following selections by pressing the corresponding number(s) on
your telephone when prompted by your TOUCH-TONE BANKER:
- for checking account information.
- for savings account information.
- for information on loan accounts.
- for information on time deposit accounts.
- to return to the previous menu.
- to repeat this menu.
- to access to a Customer Service Representative.

CHECKING ACCOUNT MENU
- for balance inquiry.
- for previous account transactions.
- for deposit information.
- for specific check information.
- to transfer funds.
- for interest information.
- to change your PIN number.
- to return to the Main Menu.
- to repeat this menu.
- to access a Customer Service Representative.

Select (2) from the Opening Menu to access the Rate and Product Menu. To access these selections, press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone when prompted by YOUR TOUCH-TONE BANKER.

- for information on Certificates of Deposit.
- for information on Money Market Accounts.
- for information on Individual Retirement Accounts.

NOTE:
The first time you call TOUCH-TONE BANKER,
your PIN will be the last four digits of the
social security number of the first name on the account. You will then be
instructed to change your PIN to
a new four digit number that only you know.
