Are First National Bank deposit accounts FDIC insured?

Yes! Each individual customer at First National Bank is insured by the FDIC up to $250,000.

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?

After your First National Bank checking application has been approved, you will receive First National Bank's routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department at your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?

After your First National Bank checking application has been approved, you will receive First National Bank's routing and transit number and your account number. Simply call 1-800-772-1213, and have your Social Security Number and account information available to set up your direct deposit right over the phone.

Can I get information about my account by phone?

Yes! First National Bank has several ways of serving you by phone. By calling (620) 384-7441 Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Mountain or (620) 492-1754, (620) 276-6971, or toll free at (888) 773-3184 8:00AM - 6:00PM Central, you can speak with a customer service representative who will be happy to review your account with you and answer any questions.

Does First National Bank offer IRAs?

Yes, First National Bank does offers both Traditional and Roth IRAs. You can visit any of our banking locations to get your account opened when you're ready to get started.

Is interest paid on First National Bank checking accounts?

Can I open an account if I don't live in the United States? What if I live in the United States but am not a citizen yet?

As stated on our application, at this time, we only accept applications from persons residing within the United States with valid U.S. tax identification numbers (Social Security Numbers). If you have questions, contact us. We'd like to hear from you.

Can I do all of my banking with First National Bank?
